NHE 100: Introduction to Neohumanist Philosophy

Posted on by

You are invited to enroll for NHE 100: Introduction to Neohumanist Philosophy, taught by Avadhutika Anandadevapriya Acharya, March 30th to May 18th through the Neohumanist College of Asheville (NHCA).

This foundational course is an in-depth exploration of the “Liberation of Intellect” – the core text of Neohumanist philosopy. Clarity in Neohumanist philosophy gives educators the freedom to then innovate and adapt methods and curriculum etc to align with Neohumanism. This course, together with Professor Kathleen Kessons “The Philosophy of Neohumanist Education” are both also pre-requisites to the 2 year diploma program of the Neohumanist College of Asheville, which is currently the most complete and comprehensive professional development training in Neohumanist Education, especially for those that intend to take on leadership in running or opening Neohumanist projects.

Already the first cohort of students is nearing the completion of the two year course, and it has been an intensive journey that has created a supportive, creative and dedicated learning community.

If you haven’t yet heard about the courses offered at the NHCA, you are encouraged to explore the website fully, as it is a very exciting initiative of Ananda Marga Gurukula, providing high quality, professional level courses, for teachers, social change workers and other types of formal and non-formal educators.
